• Project success requires mutual cooperation between me and the client.

• You must provide accurate and timely information, instructions, and feedback.

• Delays caused by incomplete information or late responses are not my responsibility.

3. Delivery & Timelines

• I aim to complete projects within the agreed timeframe.

• If delivery is delayed due to unforeseen events, technical issues, or client-related delays, the company will not be held responsible.

• Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

4. Payments & Fees

• Service fees must be paid as agreed.

• All payments are strictly non-refundable, regardless of project outcome or circumstances.

• Invoices must be cleared on time to avoid project delays.

5. Intellectual Property

• Once full payment is received, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to you.

• I may showcase non-confidential work in my portfolio unless otherwise requested.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Services are provided “as is,” without any guarantee of outcome (e.g., journal acceptance).

• I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Confidentiality

• All your information, documents, and project details will be kept strictly confidential.

• I will not disclose data without your consent, unless required by law.

8. Changes to Terms

• I may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

• Continued use of services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
